Is there a place or a way to find third-party firewall on your computer?

I've configured the Windows Firewall for my taste, but still says there is a firewall block and one way to find the firewall? I looked everywhere on my computer, but can not find server security. Is there one thing that scans your computer to find all firewalls on your computer and where they are and what are their names? Please help.
