I need help with a computer dummy!?

OK-well, I met a Wkly Norton scan and tells me there are unresolved issues ... 3 1 low risk 1 med. 1 risk and high risk. Now they have no toolbar to even go to change / Add or Remove Programs. I connect very well, but no toolbar even when I shut the computer off and on again. I guess one of the "unresolved issues" is a virus and has something to do w / my toolbar. How I get it back and fix this? What O / S is currently using? Search Taskbar The taskbar is usually located at the bottom of the screen. If not visible, there are several possible reasons: The taskbar is unlocked and has been resized so it is difficult to see. Auto Hide is enabled. If this is the case, you only see the taskbar when you point to it. If you are using multiple monitors, the bar task only show on a monitor. To resize the taskbar so you can see again the point of the area where the taskbar should be. When the pointer changes to a vertical double-headed arrow, drag the edge upward. To find the taskbar to automatically hide if you're at the point where last seen the taskbar. If you can not remember where you last saw it, evidence that points to the bottom of the screen, then the party or the top of the screen, if necessary. You may need to move the pointer almost off the screen to find the taskbar. To disable auto-hide Click to open the taskbar and menu Home Properties.
