email scanning software

SCAN software available for web pages visited by someone you know through your IP address or email?

Odd question, I know ... Knowledge, but to any person, there are programs available (either freeware, shareware, purchased, or home made) that could allow a user to search specific web pages, or even the Internet to someone's IP address or email address? I'm not talking about Google-searching, either ... I'm talking about a program designed specifically to search these two fields. THX!

Given the reach of the Web, it is best to use Google and Yahoo. I know not what they want to hear, but reinventing the wheel, and assuming you could do a better job of spotting a bit of Google-specific text, Microsoft and Yahoo can be managed, in a word, immature.
